Love the real wood fan blades, sleek design and light weight that I installed fairly easily, by myself. I have installed fans before and this one is slightly more complicated due to the remote receiver positioning and extra wiring to tuck into canopy. It is a very quiet fan, and I disagree with a review I read before purchasing that said it was noisy. I did not have to balance the fan but a balance kit is included.
