Cost is a bit on the high side but not outrageously so. Packaging was done well but have a big bag available for all of the loose packing foam noodles. It says it holds up to 180 hats, which is way more than I need. The black metal frame is sturdy. No wobbling once it's set up. I like that you can adjust the height. I tucked it into a corner and also hang a couple of jackets on it, so it works like a coat rack too. Assembly was easy. Took me maybe 10–15 minutes by myself.
