The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. We were missing a couple parts I contacted the company and they made it right. It’s not waterproof in the least. But the worst part is how low it is. I hit my head ALL THE TIME!! Especially when I enter or exit the shed. Other than all of that it’s actually pretty nice. And pretty huge. It wasn’t that hard for us to assemble.
