Update Wayfair sent me replacement very quick and it’s working great! I The fridge came damaged !!! What a waste of time ! It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. Contractor determined mother board was bad. Manufacturer Summit warranty begins at date of purchase; mine was installed 10 months later; of course, October 2020 is WAYYY outside warranty, and Summit will not address or repair, even if I return it to them. I understand, but this is lousy customer service. I will pursue, but if you don't install immediately upon purchase, beware. Very disappointed.
