These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. This is a nice and understated pull that looks great in modern and midcentury settings. Work well, though the affordance for fingers to grab is a bit thin. Works well in many cases, but requires a bit more effort to open in others. The area where it screws into the back of a drawer front is thick, which makes it sturdy but can also change the way drawers close against the cabinet face, and unless they're inset, may create a greater gap than desired..
