I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. I like the broiler being actually in the oven instead of being in the bottom drawer of the oven, but that will take some getting used to. But having the storage drawer is very convenient. The digital control for the oven I feel is more accurate than a knob to control the oven temperature. And I like the simplicity of that feature on this particular model. I feel that on some ranges with all the oven features on the control panel are unnecessary. I like the simplicity of this model. The burners light so fast and easy! And the oven heats faster than any oven I have ever had. The only thing that I have found is that I miss having one smaller burner for simmering, the lowest burner setting is not low enough to simmer using a small pan but works fine with a larger sized pan.
