I bought this stretchy Jersey knit wrap because my king-size white box spring along with the metal rail looks awful! I chose this box spring cover because I didn't want a frilly dust ruffle that looked girlish, and I didn't want a skirt that touched the floor because the edge will have dog hair on it in no time; and I do not want my vacuum cleaner hitting the dust truffle over and over with each shove of the vacuum under the bed. Yes, it's expensive. I had to really think about spending the money and I am happy I did. It is a quality made item and the 3 inch banding connecting the top of the ruffle to the flat section covering the mattress makes a huge difference. The bedskirt stays in place when turning the mattress. The material is substantial and coordinates well with the Magnolia print bedding.
