I’m 40 a nurse 15yrs) also see chiropractor 3x week and with my firm contour pillow I have to say it helps my neck back pain. I opened it on top of my previous mattress for about 48 hours while waiting getting bedroom together. I also use a mattress protector so I utilize queen deep fitted sheet standard fitted only king for my cheaper sheets.
