I was not a big fan of foamy stuff, but we really do like this mattress. It is very comfortable. The dog likes it too. Delivery was quick and in timely manner. Once you opened the cardboard box, the mattress was encased in plastic, so it just didn't explode open. It also came with instructions on how to place on bed and remove the plastic covering so it unrolled right onto the bed. I had ordered some other things at this same time and I have been very pleased with the items and the whole Wayfair experience. I would give mattress a 10 out of 10.
