It also came with instructions on how to place on bed and remove the plastic covering so it unrolled right onto the bed. I had ordered some other things at this same time and I have been very pleased with the items and the whole Wayfair experience. I would give mattress a 10 out of 10. I am so happy with the purchase of this umbrella! It was fairly easy to assemble with the provided instructions. Be aware that the specs say base included, but you will need to purchase a weighted base to keep the umbrella from toppling over, as it is extremely heavy.
