Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

I Installed the range hood with a friend. We did make minor cuts to the correct size in the cabinet for the hood to easily slide in. We love the sleekness and flush mount in the cabinet.
