I absolutely love this storage container. It looks so expensive and well made. It has wheels which was a requirement for me. It opens and closes nicely with an air spring that makes it a soft close and soft open. It has an amazing amount of space inside that feels pretty protected from the elements. It took me a bit to put it together but wasn't complicated. The instructions are decent although I did mess up a few times. Probably user error thinking I knew what I was doing. It comes packed so well that many of the pieces are screwed together so you don't lose them or the screws, but you have to unscrew them to put it back together and that's what it took me a bit to realize. It's sturdy and well designed in it's structure. Highly recommend. I know it's metal and not plastic or resin so people were worried it may rust, but I'm not as worried. The back cushions are not as thick but certainly adequate. The tabs on all cushions to secure them to the frame is a nice feature. One feature that stood out on this sofa is the weight capacity. Not sure whether the lot of my chairs were not good or all of the units are like this. The chairs are not so cheap (compared with competition prices) so it could have some more sturdiness and strong acacia wood. I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. Pretty piece, but wanted to write a review to let people know the frame is not white, it is more of a greige. I was worried the table wasn’t going to match because the table was listed as light gray and the couches were labeled as white. However, the frames were a perfect match and I saved money by buying the pieces separately. I do like that this set is so modular. I can use it in multiple ways by just rearranging the back rests, which bolt into a variety of pre created holes. These holes can be covered by included caps when not in use, which makes the install look a lot neater. I also like that the back pillows slide over the back rests so they stay in place.
