It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. Decent for sale price. A little tricky on install, hard to decipher directions as to which side for which panel (up or down). But doable with one person. This is an awesome couch for the money! Took my son and I about 1.5 hrs to put together. I will note that some of the holes didn't line up perfectly so you really need 2 people to hold pieces together to get the screws in. Great product, looks expensive and very sturdy.
