The microcrystalline stone top has clear and beautiful texture, delicate feel, high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and is easy to clean. Underneath, a black solid wood laminate supports it well. The edges are smooth after multiple polishes. The black carbon steel base is sturdy, with high wear and hardness, anti-rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity.

I gave this one star. The table and base were beautiful but unfortunately the table was cracked right through the middle. The table was useless. It was in a wood crate and there was plenty of foam padding. I guess what ever distance it travelled to get to me it shifted in the crate. I paid a good dollar for this table. Wayfair was very good about it and I got a full refund. It's a shame because the table was exactly what I was looking for.
