I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. So far I love this bidet. It’s heavy duty and looks really nice! I wanted to show the difference in size between the standard size toilet and this bidet. The remote has a holder that can be mounted to the wall with screws or tape. Currently waiting on a plumber as the electrician just installed a GFCI outlet (which is a safety requirement for the bidet). I plan on updating this review upon completion of installation.. Becky. The RCS5T removes chlorine, hardness, heavy metals, toxins, and more. It produces reverse osmosis water at up to 500 GPD, a pace that allows it to function as a tankless system without affecting functionality. The centerpiece of the system is its dual-flow RO membrane that receives water from both sides of the membrane housing and is fueled by a high powered booster pump. Higher water pressure to the dual-flow membrane results in faster RO production and less drain water being rejected. These factors culminate in the RCS5T achieving an exceptional 1:1 pure to drain water ratio. The RCS5T can be used with water pressure sources as low as 25 psi, and has a built in pressure gauge to provide an accurate pressure reading. A power source is required for the booster pump, and a holding tank can be added to the system for high usage situations.
