This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water pressure is much stronger on the T44 than on my old 2016 Swash 1400. The only thing I don’t like about the T44 is the remote. It’s just like the BioBidet 2000 where it pretty much has to have line of sight to the receiver whereas the 1400 you could hold it anywhere in your hand and all the buttons worked. Not so with the T44 remote. Also, the remote is very thin compared to the 1400 and the button(s) layout is weird in my opinion. Would give 5 stars if not for the line of sight issue. Gary K..
