This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
