We replaced our old toilet in our half bath with this one. It’s a pretty standard round toilet, no bells and whistles. It is very well made and is working great so far. The seat is plastic and it is soft close which is a nice feature. Our previous toilet was on the shorter side, this toilet is much taller at 19.5 inches, which makes a difference with my knees. It does come with a white flush handle but I replaced mine with a black handle as you can see in the pictures, it matched our decor much better. We have had this installed now for 6 months and absolutely love this toilet! The sleek design makes for easy cleaning and the two flush facility is great energy saving. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
