Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. I ordered two of these and placed them sideways so that I could have a 16 wide and 24 feet long covered area. It definitely took four people about four hours to put up the first one but second one went a lot smoother after figuring out all the louvers. I’ve had it up for about a month so far with some pretty strong winds and so far so good. We did have a decent rain and it kept everything dry when I closed the louvers but then we had a torrential rain and it was just way too much for the small areas to hold so it definitely leaked in a few spots. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. I assembled the structure and later just added replacement louvers. Posts and crossbeams are aluminum, louvers and bases are steel. Overall very happy with it.. Witold. Colchester, CT. A great price on a 10x13 louvre gazebo. Rain runs off in gutters as described. Blocks the sun well. Louvre top does not operate separate on right and left side as described- no design feature to allow for that . Still very pleased with appearance and performance. We couldn’t be happier with this pergola. The materials feel sturdy, well-made, and built to last, and the modern design completely transformed the look of our deck . The standout feature is definitely the adjustable louvered roof. Being able to fully open it for sunshine, completely close it for shade or light rain, or position it anywhere in between gives us incredible flexibility throughout the day. It’s one of the main reasons we chose this pergola. Assembly took us about 5 hours, with most of the work being done by one person and occasional help from a second person when needed. We did make a mistake during assembly that was entirely our fault, and it probably cost us at least an hour to correct. Had we not made that error, the installation would have gone even faster.
