However, it’s not as big as some of the product photos make it look. Overall it seems nice and would make a good gift. My main issue, though, is with the touch functionality, which is too sensitive. Wherever the lamp is placed, all it takes is something jostling the surface—like a plate being put down on the countertop in its general vicinity (not even close by)--and the lamp gets brighter or turns off or on. My only reason for removing a star is that the metal finish read more gold in person than the softer brass tone I was expecting from the photos online. It’s not unattractive, just different than anticipated. Overall, I’m happy with them and they added a lot of warmth and balance to my space.
