My rating is for Wayfair not the product. The product is ok. It came dirty and there is some rust inside the pieces. The instructions I downloaded are for another product and configuration but most can figure out how to assemble. All the parts are mislabeled in the instructions and parts bags. I’m not sure what happened but I had a bed with no hardware to assemble it. Wayfair stepped in and stepped up. They resolved the issue with no cost to me and minimized my inconvenience. I’ve shopped here for various things and have appreciated the service. They are a company that does multichannel engagement pretty well. With me they did web order, emails and texts.
