Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
