Worked great for our circa 1900 farmhouse remodel in Monterey Ca. Product performed very similar to MDF and was easy to install. A few boards came dented and were quickly replaced by my sales rep at. As the designer I was happy with the look and feel and will not be painting the product. My carpender used a nail gun to install the boards and finished the nail holes with white silicone. NOTE: They do not match up exactly as the sizes are off my 1/4". I will use a glass door and trim out the points they join to fool the eye into not noticing the break in horizontal lines.. Crown molding adds a beautiful finish to elegant rooms. To get this look you would simply hire a professional to figure out and install all of the complicated miter cuts. This made the cost of crown molding more expensive as this method can be labor-intensive. Not anymore. Ours molded inside and outside corners make installation a breeze.
