I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! I was looking for a match for flooring I installed 10 years ago, I had a few boxes left over that I install and wanted to install it in another area and needed a few more boxes to complete but didn’t want to pay a flooring site $500 for it, Wayfair had this that looked identical in color and grain pattern but called a different name but same brand Mohawk. I purchased for $50 and took a chance and it is the same as Cheyenne Rock Oak with just a slight lighter shade, mixed with the other floor you can’t see any difference.can you see any difference in the photo. Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. I ordered this laminate flooring for a guest bathroom. The company gets an A plus for packaging. Took me at least 10 minutes to get the box opened. Very good job protecting the flooring. I haven’t installed it just yet. I want to finish psinting the walls before laying the flooring. This laminate flooring is one of the best I’ve come across. Very well made. Shipping was a bit slower than expected but flooring came intact on a pallet. I have Not opened all the boxes to check for damages or discoloration, etc. Overall..I am pleased.
