I had this Bissell before and loved it. My son accidentally threw it out. I had to get another. I have two Aussies and three cats. My other one had a retractable cord and this one didn’t. Love this vacuum although not happy with the cord holder used when vacuuming. Doesn't hold the cord at all which means I've gotta hold the card in my hand.
