This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. Notice: There are locks at both sides for better security, the key can only be pulled out when well locked,which helps to prevent you from forgetting to lock and pulled out keys. Press down firmly on the lid with both hands if needed, make sure It's well closed, then the key would be released .
