I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I absolutely love this model. Cooking and baking have been very consistent. The design is sleek and clean. The controls are easy to use and the features are wonderful. Bakes so well, too. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. The Energy Star® hood is quiet in operation providing better efficiency and comfort with less noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have used for 2 months now; ducted to the outside and the 300 CFM is adequate. There are three speeds to the fan and we use the highest the most. Will caution that my contractor was surprised the opening to duct out was higher than he anticipated; mentioning this for anyone doing a remodel to ensure their contractor understands this before closing up walls in case any framing needs to be adjusted.
