Artist Wendy Kleine was born in Encino, California, and lived in Southern California until she was 7 years old and then moved with her family to Chicago, Illinois. While she had been influenced by her mother’s love of art as a small child, she was also inspired by her many trips to the Chicago art institute. In 1972 she and her family moved to the small mountain town of lake Arrowhead, California, where she attended the art program at Rim of the world high school and fell in love with the beauty of nature. For the past 6 years, she has been teaching acrylic and watercolor to children and adults. In 2015 Wendy began focusing on her own work using acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media. She divides her time between San Diego and lake Arrowhead where she is continually inspired by the beauty of nature.

Gorgeous!! There are not enough positive words to describe the quality, texture and overall design of this Schumacher and Mary McDonald wall covering. The texture of the paper, feels more like a thick fabriccanvas material. The “chinoiserie” design is beautiful, it gives the impression of being Handpainted and adds a subtle dimension to the whole piece. You could never go wrong with a Schumacher piece!
