Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. I bought the Bestway Steel Pro MAX 14x48 pool this summer and I’m honestly super happy with it. The setup was easier than I expected — took about an hour with two people, and the frame clicks together smoothly without tools. The steel feels strong and stable, and the liner is thick and durable (way better than the inflatable pools I’ve had before). The pool is the perfect size for my family — roomy enough for a few adults to float around and still have space for the kids to play. The included filter pump works fine for regular use, though I might upgrade it later just to keep the water extra clean. Draining and covering it are both pretty simple, and I love that it came with everything I needed — pump, ladder, and cover included.
