These delivery guys are heroes. Yes the tile came in good. Yes so far I've discovered nothing broken. And yes the drivers and delivery were extremely kind and apologetic for being so late. My delivery wait was more than 2 hrs later than stated, but these guys communicated with me. My major issue with wayfair is not the service or delivery. It's with your automated system of feed back. I was texted early morning about the schedule. But the tracking system needs more feed back. My delivery had a four hour window....but since there was no real time Loop, I was not told closer to the 4th hour, so I waited for 4hrs plus 2 more. Wayfair...COMMUNICATE with your drivers so they can tell us to be there or go about our day within a 1 hr delivery time. And space out deliveries! This could have waited another couple of days...be honest if you have issues...and DONT BLAME THE DRIVERS!!! They went above and beyond but really? The picture is showing our bathroom project thus far. The tile is nice and I really love it. I will have to agree with the previous person who said that they got a lot of repeat tiles but fortunately, I had enough boxes where it didn’t affect my project that much. Four stars because one of the Hansel and Gretel tiles was really scary looking and I did not use it. I purchased this tile to surround my fireplace. The color was as pictured. Packaged well no broken tiles. Wish tiles were sold separately as well. Looks great! Quality is very sturdy. Great product for the price, compared to major retailers. The stone came mostly together, we unfortunately did have one of the pieces break before we even opened the box. This stone gives the illusion that the full tile is made of stone, when it is just the front face that is designed to look like stone. Even though it mimics the stone, it adds a great touch to our kitchen.
