This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. I'm only giving this 4 stars as I've spent over an hour on the phone (in total) dealing with a situation that could have been avoided had the company packed the tile properly in the first place. This mosaic tile is beautiful and will be using it for a curved front bar face for a commercial environment.
