This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! The installation is about as straight forward as you can get...find the studs (even if they arent 16 or 24 OC, get it level and screw it in. Really couldn't be simpler. Be mindful of that there is a piece that is designed to go on the bottom of the wall...which i did not realize until it was too late. Thought all if them were the same. There were a couple draw backs that were more aesthetic than functional, but at this price point, i think it bears mentioning. The top magnetic strip to cover the last row of screw holes is extremely weak. Would have rather them just added 3 super powerful magnets and be done with it. If that strip gets at all dirty, forget about it, wont stick. There was also one piece of slat that was a little bowed. Luckily when the weight of a shovel is applied it hugs the wall nicely so no one is the wiser...still worth mentioning though just in case you are using it for small tool storage. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side.
