Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. This trampoline has it all. The handbar is sturdy and comes with a phone holder, it comes with additional green bungees to adjust the tension/bounce, 1 large and 1 medium sized pair of gripping socks, Allen wrenches with handles, bungee pull off tool, and a few extra bungees. The bounce feels great. Not too static and not overly bouncy. This feels like an incredible value since it is so thoughtfully made.
