I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. I bought two of these mirrors and they look fabulous. Super classy and elegant with a mirrored interior. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three.
