The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice do far, but haven't installed it yet. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. This toilet is VERY heavy! It definitely takes 2 adults to carry it. Extra tall really means extra tall, I checked the height when I ordered it and knew it was a good bit taller than the standard toilet but in person it’s very tall. I’m 5’9” and I’m on my toes when sitting. It looks very nice and the skirted bottom makes it so much easier to clean. The skirt makes it harder to install but not terribly.
