This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. We aren't at that part in the renovation where this has been actually installed so I can't comment on function just yet, but! It's gorgeous. I love the simplicity.
