Let me start by saying I'm so happy these arms even exist! I bought this great 3-section modular sofa which ended up being waaaaay to big for my actual living space. Decided to pull out the middle section and connected the two ends (each had an arm) to make a better-fitting, awesome sofa. The middle section had no arms and to make an extra chair and 1/2, it needed the arms. Once installed, the whole lounging experience in that new unexpected chair is just what it needed! Note: The install was a pain since the hole pattern is not even close, but I finally just attached the arms with a bunch of 4" wood screws and it's perfect <knowing that in advance will make the install easy and you will be stoked with your new chair.. Frame came somewhat as pictured. I feel like the product photos make it look as though the foam is more structured than what it is. The frame arrived around 3 pm and I started it at 6 and finished an hour later. Photos are right after I put it together and I opened it when I started it. It may look better after it’s had a longer time to fluff. I will probably steam it. Not sure if it’s worth the cost but it’s not horrible enough for me to send it back. I will figure it out.. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. This sofa is so modern and comfy! The items came in 3 boxes and two of three were heavy! Assembly was very easy and simple with little directives and mainly photos. Overall the sofa is versatile and with it being modular you can arrange as you please. We opted to use the ottoman as a l shap for the sofa. It’s a very expensive look and adds luxury to any space. This couch is pretty great! It comes in 7 boxes which are all pretty heavy - one was 116lbs. Assembly was easy - definitely listen to the instructions when they say to put the back cushions on first. I immediately noticed that many of the cushion covers were stained either with black marks or makeup - the worst one is pictured. The manufacturer was very quick ant responding to the issue and is going to send replacement covers. The bottom cushions are firm, but the back cushions are slightly softer. Given the light color, the couch is already showing dirty spots which I knew that would happen. Set up was fairly easy between my wife and I. We had no idea how the whole sofa was only 3 boxes, but the cushions were super compressed and double sealed. This picture was within 6 hours of opening. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it.
