We bought two of these couches over the Black Friday Cyber Monday sale.. both sectionals arrived with some minor damage that the delivery man and I were quick to report - unsure of Wayfair and the manufacturers response just yet. The couch is not too firm but still supportive and comfortable to sit on. The leg rests are a little shorter than we expected but not a deal breaker. The material of the couch seems durable enough and the storage armrests are a nice added touch.
