Just built it solo. It took me a pretty long time. More than 4 hours but I wasn’t in a particular rush. It’s not too difficult or too heavy for one person. Just sort of labor intensive. It was VERY heavy upon delivery and bringing it up into my unit was hard. Definitely a team lift package but can be built alone without much issue. My wife called it a 'statement piece's and I think that means it makes the room look fancy without me having to understand why. It fits perfectly in the spot I picked out. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this rug is the reason we don't step on Legos as much anymore. It's durable and holds up to two cats and two kids.
