I have this rug in several sizes though out my house. It is fairly think and well made. The runners and small round one I have do not really shed and have held up great. Incorporating a water-resistant, Polyester backing material makes for simple water clean-up and allows for the use in “Semi outdoor” locations that may be exposed to the elements.

This rug is exactly as pictured, and is as comfortable as a regular indoor rug. We bought to use in a poolguest house, so were looking for something comfortable cut that would also hold up to getting wet sometimes.
