Overall it’s a nice cabinet but it doesn’t even come close to holding 20 pairs of shoes. Maybe kids shoes. For reference I wear a size 9 women’s and if your tennis shoes are not flat converse you’re not able to use the double stack feature this unit eludes to. I was able to double stack sandals on the top but tennis shoes on the bottom and I tried with my lowest pair and if still didn’t work with turning them around or trying to angle them to the side.
