This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. This double sliding door is one giant heavy beast, probably because of the 14” thick 2 glass door panels and the heavy duty hardware. It’s a beautiful unit but I really didn’t think it through. My shower is a fiberglass shell and because my house is over 100 years old, we don’t know yet if there are intact studs behind the shell. Bought this to go with the Doux trim set I also purchased (bought 4). Wayfair’s sale was excellent and it was actually cheaper to buy the bathshower trim than the shower-only trim for a few days. For the showers, I will also install a wall-mounted handheld shower with a slider bar. This allows me to have a perfect matching set.
