This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Unfortunately I misread the description. I thought this was going to be 2-sided, but it's not, it's only 1-sided. So we purchased a 2nd one and will put them back-to-back.
