This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. This seat is really nice but the manufacturer made some really odd and annoying choices. First, the assembly on this thing turned out to be a lot less complicated than I made it, but only because they didnt provide any instructions. This is definitely a 3-person assemble job!!! The reason being is because the clips that attach the back are already screwed into the unit. You have to u screw them from the unit then take the extremely heavy back piece and screw the connector into place. You need 2 people to hold the heavy back piece into place and 1 person to screw it in. I did it by myself and nearly broke my back trying to hold it up. Please dont do that! The second really odd choice is that the arms are just pillows. I repeat, the arms of the chair are 2 detached cushions! This is basically an armless chair because why in the world would you put an arm rest that can, will and does repeatedly fall off the side of the chair with the slightest movement. Its extremely annoying. Third, the mechanism to pull out the bed only works 50 percent of the time. You have to constantly pull and pull and pull to get the chair to lift and shift.
