This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. The fabric pills really easily when I wash this with other materials and the pockets aren’t as deep as I thought they would be. The couch is a beautiful color and very soft. The cushions are firm, but not uncomfortable. I love that it’s modular and can be reconfigured (still haven’t decided on which configuration I like best in our space). Putting the couch together took my husband about an hour at most. The couch does sit low to the ground and will slide easily on wood floor (we are getting a new area rug and have also purchased some rubber “grippers” to help) but didn’t seem to move around as much when linked together. The cushions are all removable, although the bottomsitting cushions cannot be flipped to the other side, just rotated. I gave it 45 stars only because I can’t speak to the longevity of the couch as we’ve only have it together for a day, but I do think that after a few monthsyear the cushions will need to have some “fluff” added to maintain their appearance.
