I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light.
