Great piece. Safe for a 12 and 9 year olds weight. Sturdy and easy to clean. I got the one with the book shelf and it had lots of storage for books and other toys. Ended up taking it apart and was able to use both parts for independent rooms. A bit difficult to put together but the task rabbit came through and did it for me. Totally recommend. Ana.
