Definitely need two people to set up and several hours. The net doesn’t fit all the way around at the bottom - you’re supposed to tie it with a provided string. The one enclosed was way too short. Took me 6 hours to put together. I did have a 2nd person for standing it up and attach poles. The hardest part was tying the net to the springs. It doesn't tell you how tight to pull the string.
