This states that there is a footrest but it does not! The seat is quite high so a short person would have trouble hoisting themselves onto it. I'm sure it's because there is no footrest so you need to sit high for your feet to dangle if used as a transport chair. So very disappointed! It clearly says in their advertising that it has a 330 lbs weight capacity but after reading the manual it only had a weight capacity of 265 lbs. I am so upset. My husband is a recent amputee, losing his left leg. He needed some support to help lift himself from the bed, wheelchair and side commode. Prior to getting this lift he was constantly falling and the fire department was making visits several times per week to our home to lift him. This equipment has made a change in our life.
