This life-size cardboard standup is exactly the size and proportion our decorating committee wanted. It is going to be the centerpiece of our upcoming fundraiser "A Day At The Races." As a portraitist, Victorian Frank Dicksee exhibited at the Royal Academy and was particularly renowned for his series of oil paintings of Shakespearean characters. He served as leader of the Royal Academy and was knighted in 1925. Authorized by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, each note is an obligation of the U.S. Government but is not redeemable in Silver. U.S. Notes, called "Legal Tender Notes" until 1873, are backed by the faith and credit of the U.S. Government. Displayed in a handsome acrylic frame.
